Tring & District Local History Society
Tring & District History Society

TRING’S HISTORY forms the background to everyday life in our market town and surrounding villages.  Quite a lot of the history is known but there is always more to find out.

The Society founded and maintains the Local History Museum on a voluntary basis and new volunteers are always welcome.  Contact us for more information.

If you are interested in our heritage, you are very welcome to join the Society.  See the Join Us page for an Application Form.

The society publishes six Newsletters a year.
Members exclusively receive the Society’s Newsletters, which contain items of news as well as original papers on local history.
