If you are attending a Speaker Evening or society event please note our Covid safe requirements:
Our policy is that all attendees wear face coverings, unless precluded for medical reasons, whilst moving around the building. These can be removed whilst you are seated.
If you are a non member please ensure that you leave a name and phone number with one of our committee members who will be manning the desk in the vestibule. This is for tracing purposes if there is an instance of Covid of which we are informed after the event. This is important because the Church is quite heavily used so all user groups have a responsibility to ensure that they can communicate any issues swiftly for the benefit of the whole Tring community.
Committee members will greet you, guide you to your seating and to the exit at the end of the event to maximise social distancing. Please sit with spaces between you and others not in the same party.
Windows will be kept open so the building may be colder than normal.
At the end of the event committee members will open the doors. Please continue to observe social distancing and leave the building and the site as quickly and quietly as possible in consideration of residents in the immediate area.
Our committee will review our procedures regularly on an ongoing basis, to keep members and volunteers as safe as possible. We greatly appreciate your cooperation.
All meetings will be held at 8 pm at the High Street Baptist Church, Tring. __________________________________________ Martin Wells Programme Secretary Tring & District Local History & Museum Society
