About Tring

Tring is a small market town lying beneath the Chiltern Hills in the county of Hertfordshire in England.
The existence of the town goes back to prehistoric times. It was mentioned in the Domesday Book and received its market charter in 1315. 

The ancient trading routes, the Icknield Way and Akeman Street cross in Tring. The town’s old streets and buildings have changed little over the centuries, maintaining its close link with its intriguing past.
